The IPO of Samling Power Company Limited has been published today. The results will be published by 8:30 am today.
The company has issued 14.6 percent of the issued capital. Applications for the company's shares were open until October 25.
The company has issued shares worth Rs 73 million. Out of the total 730,000 shares, 14,600 shares have been allotted to employees and 36,500 shares to collective investment fund companies.
The general public will be able to claim the remaining 678,900 shares. You can apply for a minimum of 10 shares at a face value of Rs 100. A maximum of 20,000 lots can be applied for.
The company is constructing a 9.51 MW capacity project. The total cost is estimated at Rs 2 billion. The cost per MW is Rs. 21 crore.
